U2 - Croke Park 27-7-09

26 years ago I saw U2 for the first time. That was in the Phoenix Park on the 'War Tour. Tonight they played 'New Years Day' and 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' as they did in '83, and the intervening years seemed to just fall away. I rarely go to a gig these days that I'm not shooting, and tonight was a great opportunity to kick back and just soak up the atmosphere without a sweat (Thanks Dave!).
The bands continued vitality really is an inspiration...
